We begin by building a strong foundation for the program by getting really clear on your vision & direction for what you want to achieve in the program.

There are a number of comprehensive discovery protocols that we take you through based on your unique situation including a full musculoskeletal assessment & organ screening.

We take you through a number of powerful exercises to set your compass in the direction of your chosen goal & fire up your motivation for what is to come.

With all of this information we are able to create an effective blueprint for your Journey to come.

We agree on what may need to change for you to reach your goals & integrate this into your plan with us holding you accountable to your changes while motivating you at the same time.

Change

By stage 2 you will have begun to integrate & practice new ways of doing things & will begin to feel the changes in your body & energy levels. Now the compass is set we look at truly stoking the fire of your transformation to come.

In this stage we look at things that may be holding you back that may need to be burnt away like habits or behaviours that don’t serve where you want to be in the future.

We create a lot of movement physically & mentally, building the inspiration for the future vision of where you want to be.

By this point you will have integrated a number of healthy habits to replace what might not have been working for you before & will be reaping the benefits of increased energy levels, performance, mental clarity & focus as a result.

We look at what values will be needed for your success so that you can find, feel & believe in the potential for the future.

Transformation

We look at the current physical balance of your body based on the work you’ve done so far in order to plan the next phase of your exercise program.

We also look at the balance in your choices & whether they serve you positively or negatively. We take you through exercises to recognise which choices will help empower you towards your goal & what choices are best left unchosen.

We look at the causation factors that led to the situation that you wanted to change at the start of the program & put in place the measures & techniques to work through the challenge & be sure that you don’t end up in the same situation again.

With the program tweaks, new habits & improved balance in the system introduced in this phase you will start to feel fantastic with your body & outlook accelerating to a new & fully empowered place.

Balance

By this phase you will be well into your program & will have begun to see some big improvements in your body & mental focus, further setting the stage for a fantastic result. Now the compass is set we look at truly stoking the fire of your transformation to come.

The theme of stage 3 is balance of the system to move forward towards great health & the fantastic result that comes with it.

We look at the current physical balance of your body based on the work you’ve done so far in order to plan the next phase of your exercise program.

You will have achieved a new state of awareness & growth through the education experience that you will have received & will be well prepared to continue the great work you’ve done independently, knowing what to do.

We go through an exercise to plan where you want to take your journey next & make sure that you have the tools & direction to move forward effectively.

If you decide that working together has been a great experience that has brought a lot to your life then we can discuss going through the process again – This time though with the new state of awareness you will have achieved your goals are likely to change as you move to higher levels in your training & development
